Your quote defines site and asset limits, hardware, licence duration, warranty, update entitlement, renewal terms and the responsibilities of each team. Support hours, response targets and any incident-response service are agreed explicitly. What remains available after support or licence expiry is defined in the written terms.

Deployment is subject to readiness and agreed acceptance checks. Passive monitoring requires an authorised mirror / SPAN port, network TAP or supplied capture data. Production monitoring is designed for local, offline operation, with updates delivered through controlled packages.

This comparison describes commercial package options, not the capabilities enabled by an installed licence. Planned options are not represented as currently available.

Responses are requested with storage disabled; OpenAI may still retain abuse monitoring data, normally for up to 30 days, with exceptions under its policies. Processing may occur outside the UK.
