Help validate OTCogniShield on real OT, IoT and IIoT traffic. In return, receive a scoped assessment, a baseline inventory and practical evidence your team can review.
Applications are open. Site acceptance, deployment dates and scope depend on suitability, technical readiness and the agreed operational safeguards.

Passive platform deployment
Authorised traffic copies or PCAP data, with no endpoint agents or active scanning in the pilot. Installation is planned with engineering to protect operations.
Baseline inventory & communication map
Observed assets and communication paths, validated with your team. Coverage follows the capture points, available traffic and supported protocols.
Compliance readiness summary
A scoped Cyber Essentials Plus / NIS2 readiness gap summary where applicable. This supports preparation; it is not certification, a CE+ technical audit or a legal compliance determination.
Direct founder support
Work directly with the founder on interpretation, feedback and the final review throughout the agreed pilot period.

We are looking for committed teams who can help us test usefulness, accuracy and the fit with day-to-day industrial operations.
Authorised passive access
A named engineering or operations contact, an agreed monitoring scope, and approved traffic copies or capture files. Collection, data handling and access boundaries are documented before the pilot.
Honest feedback
Tell us what worked, what did not, and what helped your team. Review meetings and success criteria are agreed at the start.
A reference conversation
After a successful pilot, we ask for a reference call by agreement. Your company name, logo, comments and case study are only published with separate written permission.

You receive a report covering the agreed assessment, observations, coverage limits, recommendations and feedback. We review the results together.
If you choose to continue, we provide a separate subscription and support proposal. Nothing renews automatically. If you stop, appliance return or removal, access closure and data retention or deletion follow the agreed pilot plan.

Know what to expect.
What does a pilot involve?
We agree a factory scope, review the collection approach, complete the readiness checks and establish a baseline. Your team then reviews the assessment, evidence and practical recommendations with the founder.
How long does it take?
Duration, review points, installation dates and the end date are agreed in writing before deployment. The plan depends on capture coverage, site access and your engineering availability.
What do we need to provide?
A named plant contact, an authorised passive capture arrangement or suitable PCAPs, relevant existing documentation and time to validate findings. Please do not send capture files, passwords or sensitive network details with your application.
Is the pilot really free?
There is no charge for the agreed OTCogniShield pilot deliverables. Hardware provision and return arrangements are set out before installation. Any customer-side infrastructure work or third-party costs must be identified and agreed separately; there are no automatic paid subscriptions.
Can you guarantee no disruption?
Passive analysis does not require agents or active scans. Capture configuration and installation still need operational planning. We agree safeguards, change approval, a stop procedure and acceptance checks with your engineering team before work begins.
What happens at the end?
We deliver the final report and review results together. You may choose a separately agreed paid subscription or end the pilot with the documented removal and data-handling process. There is no obligation to continue.
