OTCogniShield Masterclass — Episode 06
What a first-year OTCogniShield pilot includes

Runtime: 15 minutes 6 seconds, including the six-second Thank you card.

Format: H.264, 1280 x 720, 24 fps; AAC narration; fast-start playback.
Presenter: approved static Sam portrait; no lip synchronisation.
Narration: same synthetic British male series voice, Kokoro bm_fable.

Walkthrough: preparation, responsibilities, authorised observation sources, data handling, installation safeguards, observation, engineering review, risk/assurance deliverables, acceptance and handover.

Commercial explanation: initial no-charge design-partner pilot is separate from optional paid Core and proposed Supported packages. Dated first-year subtotals are £5,000 and £8,495 before separately quoted deployment, travel and applicable VAT. Included annual support and scheduled allowances, exclusions, renewal qualifications and exit arrangements are explained.

Products to follow: planned local AI-assisted review; Manufacturing & Robotics module with separately scoped rights and optional fieldbus capture hardware; IIoTCogniShield wireless visibility concept. Availability, hardware requirements, compatibility, pricing and release timing require validation and agreement. Future capabilities are not presented as current pilot/package entitlements.

The narration finishes with Thank you. A six-second Thank you card follows. No voice-engine/narration label is burned into the picture. The title metadata contains only the episode title.

To regenerate narration, install the dependencies and supply the Kokoro model directory to source/generate_narration.py --model-dir PATH. The model and environment are not bundled. Reconfirm commercial figures and product status before reuse.
To regenerate the MP4, extract the folder as episode06. From its parent directory create output/, then run python3 episode06/source/render_episode.py. Rendering requires Python, Pillow, NumPy, FFmpeg and DejaVu fonts.

The MP4 can be uploaded independently. This production pack does not modify the website or publish an episode page.
